The house has recently been largely rebuilt, completely refurbished and tastefully redecorated for owner-occupation for part of the year. There is an open plan living room (with 32" LCD flat-screen TV and DVD player), dining area and well equipped kitchen, and both living room and main bedroom have glass doors opening on to a large new curved deck facing the sea. The deck is partly shaded by a pergola and is home to numerous evergreen plants.
It is ideal as a holiday home or as furnished accommodation for several months while building, or exploring in this popular area.
