Tariff
For short holiday lets the cottage can accommodate up to four adults plus two young people happy to sleep in bunks in the small sleepout. For long lets the owners suggest that the cottage is best suited for a couple who will then have plenty of living room and space for their personal belongings.
Rental is negotiable according to the season and the duration of the letting. As a guideline, owners look for:
Christmas and New Year - $100 per day or $600 per week
Other high season - $500 per week
Winter lets exceeding three months - $400 per weekOwners enjoy regular return visitors, and usually allow some discount to them especially if they are responsible guests who look after the cottage like their own home.
