The upstairs bedrooms, Queen & Twin, have their own ensuites & views of Washbourn Gardens. The Estuary and part of Tasman Bay can also be seen.

A small sitting room divides the bedrooms and this contains T.V., tea & coffee making facilities and a Bar refrigerator containing a complimentary bottle of wine.

Breakfasts both continental & cooked are included.
