As well as business cards I've also created a number of rack cards for clients over the years.
Creating a 200dpi 10x20cm CMYK .tiff graphic of the rack cards using Photoshop I email the finished product to Waimea Print, McGashin Ave, Richmond. The client calls at Waimea Print to see the proof and order as many rack cards as required. Time from start to finish depends on client demands, complexity of design, and provision of logos and images but you will be surprised by the reasonable prices. (Printing costs are extra)
Printed to order with a professional quality laser printer, you will never get caught out with 1000's of out dated cards again :-)
