Inveraray had a wonderful old pub called The George. Tom enlightened us with the fact that it never used to look this good but instead was recently updated to look this old and quaint. Nethertheless fine food and a massive array of whiskeys added to the atmosphere. As did walking out at 11pm into what was almost broad daylight (see the Apothecary picture). Before heading further north, a Dutchman showed off his Triumph outside our B&B.
